European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas.
Operation aimed at developing innovative products based on dried organically cultivated Lion's Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) with high quality and functional parameters. Co-financed by the European Union under the "Cooperation" measure of the Rural Development Programme for 2014-2020. Expected results of the operation: optimization of ecological conditions for cultivating Lion's Mane fruiting bodies with high utility parameters, optimization of the process of preparing dried fruiting bodies and manufacturing products based on dried mushrooms and microencapsulated chokeberry pomace.
